Sizing, Shipping & Returns
How do I choose the right size?

Yes! Every Vilmere dress is true to size and we provide a detailed size chart on each product page. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips and comparing them to the chart before ordering. If you are between two sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable, flowing fit.

What materials are your dresses made from?

Our dresses are crafted from premium, breathable fabrics chosen for both comfort and elegance. Depending on the style, you will find soft chiffon, flowing crepe, lightweight cotton blends, and delicate embroidered or beaded detailing. The exact fabric composition is listed in the description of each product, so you always know exactly what you are wearing.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to love what you wear. If something is not quite right, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original condition, with tags attached, within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact our team and we will guide you through the process. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, while international orders usually arrive within 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location and local customs. Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide so you can enjoy Vilmere wherever you are. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

How should I care for and wash my dress?

To keep your dress looking its best, we recommend gentle hand washing or a delicate machine cycle in cold water, and laying flat or hanging to dry. Avoid bleach and tumble drying, as heat can affect delicate fabrics and embellishments. For embroidered, beaded, or chiffon pieces, dry cleaning is the safest option. Always check the care label sewn into your garment for the specific instructions.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. If you created an account at checkout, you can also view your order status anytime under My Account. If you have not received tracking details within a few days of ordering, please reach out to our team and we will be happy to help.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as popular express options such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted checkout, so your details are always protected.

Are your dresses lined and fully opaque?

Most of our dresses are designed with modesty and comfort in mind and come fully lined or made from opaque fabrics so they are not see-through. For lighter or chiffon styles, lining details are noted in the product description. If you are ever unsure about a specific piece, feel free to message us before ordering and we will happily share the details.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We aim to dispatch orders quickly, so there is only a short window to make changes. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible after checkout. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed, but you are welcome to use our return or exchange process.

Will sold-out dresses be restocked?

Some of our best-loved styles are restocked, while limited-edition and seasonal pieces may sell out for good. If a dress you love is out of stock, click the Notify Me option on the product page and we will email you the moment it becomes available again. You are also welcome to contact us to ask about restock plans for a particular item.

Where are your dresses made?

Each Vilmere piece is thoughtfully designed by our in-house team and produced by trusted manufacturing partners who share our commitment to quality and ethical working conditions. We carefully inspect our garments to ensure every dress meets our standards for fabric, fit, and finish before it reaches you.

Will the dress color match what I see on screen?

We photograph our dresses in natural light and edit carefully to represent the true color as accurately as possible. That said, colors can appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, brightness, and lighting. If exact shade is important to you, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to describe the color in more detail before you order.

Do you offer gift cards or gift wrapping?

Yes! Vilmere digital gift cards are available in a range of values and are delivered straight to the recipient's inbox, making them a perfect last-minute gift. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We are so sorry if anything is not perfect! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include a few photos of the issue along with your order number. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund as quickly as possible, at no extra cost to you. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
