Orders and Shipping

We ship every order within 1 to 2 business days after purchase. Delivery takes 8 to 15 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 days, contact us at support@vilmere.com.

Returns and Refunds

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, in original packaging. Email support@vilmere.com with your order number to start a return. Approved refunds post to your original payment method within 10 business days.
