Return and refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@vilmere.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, defects, and wrong items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours at support@vilmere.com with a photo of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, and you will not need to ship the item back.

Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on final sale or clearance items, gift cards, or items marked as non-returnable on the product page. For hygiene reasons, we also cannot accept returns on intimate or bodywear items once the hygiene seal is removed. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before requesting a return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the size or style you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, place a separate order for the new item. If you need help with sizing before you order, see our size guide or message us and we will help you choose.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at support@vilmere.com.
