Refund and Return Policy

We want you to love your order. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Return window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. To qualify, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How to start a return

Email support@vilmere.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping

You cover return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service, since we cannot refund items lost on the way back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we approve your refund and process it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider sometimes needs extra time to post the funds.

Exchanges

For a different size or color, start a return and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get the item you want.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

European Union right of withdrawal

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Non-returnable items

Final sale items, gift cards, and worn or washed garments are not eligible for return.
